Detailed Itinerary of the tour

  • Day 01 : Arrive Saputara

    • On arrival at the airport / railway station in Mumbai
    • Proceed on a drive to Saputara, the charming and the only hill station on the border of Maharashtra and Gujarat. Owing to its stunning view, lively location and cool climate, Saputara offers backdrop of lushing greenery and charming surroundings. It has marvellous waterfalls and the place is ideal for watching sunrise and sunset
    • On arrival, check into your hotel
    • The rest of the evening is at leisure
    • Overnight in Saputara

  • Day 02 : Saputara lake

    • Today after breakfast visit Saputara lake, a serene and secluded picnic spot, placed right at the heartland of Saputara valley. The lake is on the base of Saputara hill station and is placed perfectly on the picturesque hilly surroundings. One can simultaneously enjoy Lake Garden, a nicely maintained beautiful garden on the banks of the Saputara Lake,
    • You may visit Honey Bees Centre located near the Lake Garden, a site in Saputara where pure honey is extracted from natural resources
    • Followed by that visit The Saputara museum for an introduction to the lifestyle, costumes, heritage and ecology of the tribal Dangs.
      The rest of the evening is at leisure
    • You can witness an awesome view of Sunset point the spectacular attraction of Gandhi Shikhar, one can reach this marvellous sunset point by using the ropeway (cable car on direct payment basis) or by climbing the hills. This point provides a breath taking view of the surrounding tribal villages in their natural splendour and also an aerial view of wide spans of Dang Forest.

  • Day 03 : Vandsa National Park

    • Early morning at 6:00 visit the Sunrise Point, and then the same road twirls up to the Echo Point, back to hotel for breakfast
    • Later proceed to the Vandsa National Park where one can spot an Indian tiger. Followed by Waghai Botanical Garden, garden with variety of plants and trees is located nearby
    • The rest of the evening is at leisure.
    • Overnight in Saputara

  • Day 04 : Depature

    • You will be then transferred to the airport / railway station in Mumbai for your onward journey
